Catharsis theory of prayer

When we pray it is a catharsis that exist that affects the reward center of the brain.  It is a opiate release that ultimately makes us feel better.  As the catharsis takes place or emotional release and the opiate regulatory system combine during prayer,  we tend to be relieved of pain and stress, because of it.

Catharsis theory comes from psychoanalysis and Sigmund Freud's theory of aggression and anger.  During prayer when we release our anger by talking it out,  it feels like a weight has been lifted.

As endorphins are released from the opiate release centers during pain then we feel less hurt.

Both theories can be concluded to work during prayer , because Innocent the main character explores how to help her heart heal over time and grows more and more in love.  See her journey through time in this lengthy text, which can help you learn more about: love, prayer, positive affirmations;
while including psychoanalysis and physiological psychology.  According to Fox5NY you can even see what happens in prayer during an MRI.

Narrative Collection_Super power?

If you had a superpower what would it be and why?  There are times, when we need to step out of the box and we feel like a super hero at the end of the day.  No one has to get hurt, and we realize this as we all age gracefully.

People change, careers change, but this does not make us ultimately who we are.  Everyone goes through something at some point in the life that appears to be a wake up call for some.  We even become a new character in our mind to refute all the bad in society.

We can all innocently and lavishly live a life that appears to be of animosity.  Or we can take an alternative route and forgive ourselves first as people.  The choice is ours at the end of the road for at times it may be a dead end for some. Then again, we  can reduce calamity by forgiving the rest of the world too.  Living humbly is the best way to live.

In this book,  I created many characters that are mostly females,  some hurt and some not.  Some reached an alternative decision.  It has to do with some present day situations that occur in life.  Some are helped some find an alternative solution.

In some narratives they feel like the sequel may be TBA.  This is a collection of short stories and I created, because I am attempting to make them affordable to general public that may be underemployed/unemployed and love literature, but can not buy a lot of it.

This book is not bilingual, please do not feel offended, but I forgot to make it bilingual this time around.  I might make it bilingual the next time around.

Case of Speech Sound Error

These are three of many cases explored.

No Puta is a speech sound error.  Gusta is the Spanish word for like.  G and s are omitted and substituted with no word other than a word that means no female dog by accident.

In the case of Br this is a sound distortion. Sound distortions have a special treatment which I have developed in this book.  It usually occurs when a child has a lisp, however it can occur in other cases.

In the case of mamama this is a babbling of simple consonants.  Babbling is consistent in the infant/toddler years.  By the time they turn age then, something different must happen.

Do not accept foul language or inappropriate language as an excuse for a speech sound error.  It does not matter how young the child is.  If they are doing this out of modeling poor vernacular then what a shame.

Do not leave Br and other unfinished sounds uncorrected.  Learn more with this book.

I stopped this toddler from using this word by correcting the problem using a specific method.  Learn from this book. I have examples of what I did to correct the problem and the stories that I read to the toddler daily.  Learn more with this book  Click on the link.

Dealing with Grieving and Bereavement on Father's Day

Flashback Memory...

When I wrote this book, it was a couple of years before my dad passed away of natural causes.  We did not talk much, because he was the type of father that worked a lot.  He took care his family.   Now that he is gone up to Heaven,  I wonder if not speaking much was healthy.

I will always remember our favorite meal when I lost too much weight from the gym.  This I actually cooked myself last night for dinner with just a touch of seasoning, because I thought of him.  My guest enjoyed it and so did I.

I will always love my family, despite our miscommunication at times.  Even when I am busy I will make time for you even through the work load, the best way that I possibly can.  I am sure that dad would love it, if he were alive on Earth.

Strategies:
  1. The best way to deal with this type of loss is to communicate with someone about how you .
  2. Be around loved ones or make a phone call.
  3. Say I love you as soon as possible.
  4. Share memories as a catharsis.
  5. Do not lie in bed more than 8 hours even on a weekend.
  6. Read your Bible and/or pray.
  7. Getting some sunlight by going out doors at least once during the day.
  8. Keep a journal.
  9. Peruse through pictures of family.
  10. Have a meal and do not starve yourself.

A dedication to family because a bond is so essential especially when they are still with you.

Theme Combination: Ravishing Rose and Fabulous Fruit

When I wrote this theme combination, I thought about many factors.  My main inspiration, however came when I heard "The Rose that Grew from Concrete" by Tupac Shakur and then read the poem.
I did not concentrate on damaged petals, because I see a rose as something with timeless beauty inside and outside.

..."For leaving one breathless in its beauty and in tears"
(Gonzalez,June 2017).   A rose never gets old.  You are never too young or too old to love the ravishing beauty of a rose.  When in doubt just buy your own with this book.

An Innocent Heart that Loves- #1 Entry Forgive or Forget

" Love is eternal for it is full of life " (Gonzalez, June 2017) .
If this is true then love never ends and is really unconditional.  If in fact Innocent and Diggz are truly in love in this story, then I wonder if after the explosion that occurred could love continue.   Was it right to forgive him so fast?  Is it okay to have that much of a forgiving heart?
Some people are guilty of being abused themselves and then they forgive at the end of the day.  They look for love in an explosive relationship out of fear. They start paying for love until they eventually go broke.
Abuse is not a right of passage or a celebratory moment.  The quicker you stop it, the better.  At times, you may just need a break from the dating scene, and focus on yourself.
See what Innocent does to create a beautiful life for herself, despite what happens.
